So no super-snazzy menu items with spruced up names this week! we're going simple and delicious.

steamed artichokes with melted butter
hearty pot roast with potatoes, onions, and carrots
steamed fresh green beans
pineapple upside down cake

aw! I'm so bummed that I missed this one! Artichokes and pot roast are two of my favorite things! I miss going to dinner with the chambers...:( miss you guys! we will have to have you two over for dinner some time soon! xoxo
