24+ hours of flying has now put us back in Beijing! In September I never thought I would say this, but I am very happy to be back. Hearing chinese swirl around me is oddly comforting and i have been craving dumplings. So, now i am sitting back at my desk, looking out the window, and eating the latest office treat: crispy dates. Not sure how I feel about them yet.
I am ready to soak this place up, for all of it's enigmas, curiosities, cold weather, and adventures. I can't wait. Check back for our daily fun forays living in this foreign land; I can't wait to share them with you!
